1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the driftwood-adventure website ("Website") and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our Website or Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and driftwood-adventure ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Services Description

We provide professional support services for UK social benefit applications, including:

  • Eligibility assessments
  • Application preparation and submission
  • Appeal representation
  • Reassessment support
  • Full case management

Our services are advisory and administrative in nature. We do not provide legal advice, and engaging our services does not create a solicitor-client relationship.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we apply professional expertise and experience to every case, we cannot guarantee that any benefit application or appeal will be approved. Final decisions rest with government agencies including the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC), and relevant tribunals.

We guarantee only that:

  • Your application will be prepared to professional standards
  • All provided information will be accurately represented
  • Submissions will be made in accordance with current regulations
  • We will advocate for your case to the best of our ability

4. Your Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your circumstances
  • Disclose all relevant medical, financial, and employment information
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation
  • Notify us immediately of any changes in your circumstances
  • Attend any required assessments, appointments, or hearings
  • Review all documents before submission and confirm accuracy

Failure to meet these responsibilities may compromise your case and could result in rejection or termination of benefits.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be received before work commences on your case. We accept:

  • Bank transfers
  • Debit cards
  • Credit cards

All prices quoted include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed before you commit to any service.

Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available for Full Case Management services for individuals receiving disability benefits or facing financial hardship. Approval is at our discretion and must be arranged before service commencement.

Refund Policy

If we have not yet begun substantive work on your case, you may request a full refund. Once work has commenced:

  • You may receive a partial refund for work not yet completed
  • Refunds are calculated based on hours worked and expenses incurred
  • Processing time for refunds is 14-21 business days

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and case details. Our data protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance pages.

We may share your information only:

  • With government agencies as necessary to process your application
